We have a positive and fun team that works and plays hard with a family-like culture.3rd Shift Supervisor- Full-Time, Tuesday- Friday 830p-7a, with the opportunity for overtime.The successful candidate will lead the 3 rd
shift in assigned duties, safety, and production.
They will be driven, determined and self-disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position will lead others in policies and procedures during the shift and make decisions confidently and quickly in alignment with company policy.What’s In It For You:

Responsibilities:Manage a crew of 5-7 people.Train and motivate temporary labor and build a supportive team environment with a full-time crew.Responsible for knowing and coaching others on material gradingCustomer service mindsetLead plant safety, maintain a safe plant environment, and maintain compliance with all safety protocolAbility to learn and then safely operate all machines in the plant, including baler, shredder, and roll cutterOperate equipment safely (forklift, skidsteer, baler, shredder, etc.)Position Requirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role requiredForklift experience is a plus, but not required.Strong work ethic, communication, and leadership skillsDetail-orientedSuccessful completion of a physical, drug screen, and background checkAbout Us:Quincy Recycle is in the business of solving waste stream problems for manufacturers. We handle paper, plastic, and metal recyclables and help our clients build sustainable waste reduction processes within their businesses. We are also a major supplier and buyer of Gaylord boxes. With in-house logistics, equipment distribution, and food waste processing, we are a one-stop shop in helping our partners maximize their financial and sustainability goals.We have multiple locations across the Midwest and a growing network of affiliates that are uniquely positioned to help clients of all sizes, from coast to coast and beyond.
