Position Overview:

This Senior/Principal Recruiter role is a critical position to help Immunome grow our team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization, support building out teams for multiple and diverse functions, and contribute to the overall success of our company. This individual will own and drive full cycle recruiting with an emphasis on providing extensive sourcing to build our candidate pipeline. They will assist with screening and assessing candidates, owning candidate experience, partnering closely with hiring managers and teams on best TA practices, and helping with other talent acquisition projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

Help build candidate pipelines and drive passive candidate generation strategies across various disciplines

Conduct research utilizing tools (LinkedIn, Hiretual, Boolean Logic, and other online tools/research tactics) to identify individuals that we want to engage

Drive talent engagement: source, identify, and cultivate relationships with active and passive candidates to fill current openings and develop pipeline for future needs.

Screening

Screen candidate for availability, interest level, eligibility to work in the U.S., salary expectations, relocations needs, relevant skill level and experience and present to appropriate hiring team.

Work closely with hiring manager to identify criteria for screening applicants

Own candidate experience, including scheduling complex interviews providing candidates with proactive and timely updates from application to offer accept

Talent Acquisition Projects

Assist with agency partnerships

Suggest and implement workflow and process improvements with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

Support and optimize ATS and other recruitment software

Other projects as needed

Overall Excellent TA Experience

Continue to build our brand as an employer by ensuring every candidate has an outstanding and inclusive experience.

Own the recruitment lifecycle from client intake to offer acceptance.

Partner and work closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, insights, and advise on talent acquisition best practices and employment law.

Provide timely information and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

Own scheduling and the broader candidate experience from application to offer accept and ensuring a smooth transition in the employee lifecycle

Requirements:Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition in biotechnology/life sciences industry or equivalent education/experience.

Other Qualifications:

Successful track record owning full live cycle recruitment and proven ability to create thorough candidate pipelines in biotechnology/life sciences industry.

Ability to successfully navigate active and passive talent pools to offer and beyond.

Implementation and execution of targeted and creative sourcing strategies (such as reviewing publications) and messaging utilizing a variety of tools/resources

Previous experience in biotechnology with a well-versed understanding of the competitor landscape and how best to assess and engage both active and passive talent

Ability to provide key recruiting reports and metrics to hiring managers and leadership

Demonstrated work managing multi-disciplinary positions from early in career to senior leadership roles

Exceptional organizational, time management skills, high degree of professionalism, discretion, and an unflappable demeanor

Proficiency software and tools, including general tools (such as Outlook calendar) and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)

Previous third-party agency partnership experience preferred

$134,000 - $175,000
