KeyLogic is actively seeking a

Lead Test Manager

to support the Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) within the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) is the lead entity within the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for biometric identity management, providing information technology to store, match, and analyze biometric data, which is linked to biographic data to provide person-centric, actionable information in support the DHS Strategic Mission. In support of DHS OBIM, KeyLogic is looking for a Lead Security Manager to direct the execution of system security activities ensuring compliance with Federal regulations and DHS policy.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of relevant test experience in testing large-scale information technology and database systems comprised of C++, JAVA, GO, Python, Ruby, C#, GO and PL/SQL programming languages with specialized expertise with test simulators to mirror operational environments and the development/execution of automated test scenarios and scriptsIn-depth knowledge/expertise with the testing requirements for the agile SELC or equivalent lifecycle process (Independent Validation and Verification, Performance, User Acceptance, and Automated Testing)Experience coordinating/executing test events with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and have experience in maintaining testing tools for manual, regression, and automated testing for all testing activities

Desired Qualifications:

Agile certifications in SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe preferredBachelor's degree or higherExperience within the DHS Biometrics community or Interagency Biometrics stakeholders is preferredDevelopment experience in GO, C++, JAVA, and PL/SQL programming languages

Clearance Requirements:

US Citizenship RequiredDHS Suitability preferredAbility to obtain DHS Suitability

Place of Performance:

Remote but MUST reside in the DC area

(Alexandria, VA), with periodic local travel to DHS, and OBIM facilities within the National Capital Region
