2HB Incorporated is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in order to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD.
The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:Providing SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer access.Provide analysis of module/model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow-on processing.Design and implement software modules in MATLAB or other similar design suite to process signals of interest.Develop novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
Demonstrated experience coding in C/C++ and Python.Experience with SDRs (REDHAWK/RFNext, GNU, etc)RF signals analysis and SIGnals DEVelopment (SIGDEV)Experience with message queue implementation/communicationExperience with Development Suites (X-Midas, etc.) or C++/Python-based signal processing tools and librariesAble to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.
Desired Skills:
Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications system design and theory with implementation of concepts into softwareTime and/or Frequency geolocation technologies and implementationExperience with MATLABExperience with GPU/CUDA development
