Responsible to analyze, track and identify industry trends, technologies, constraints and priorities regarding current and

projected SIGINT strategies, solutions, and challenges.

Capabilities

Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses.Provides analysis of module/model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow-on processingDesigns and implements software modules in MATLAB or other similar design suite to process signals of interestDevelops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended useRequired Qualifications

TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate PolygraphTen (10) years experience with SIGINT Development analytic support.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university.In lieu of a degree an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted.Required Technical Skills

Demonstrated experience coding in C/C++ and PythonExperience with SDRs (REDHAWK/RFNext, GNU, etc),RF signals analysis and SIGnals DEVelopment (SIGDEV)Experience with message queue implementation/communicationExperience with Development Suites (X-Midas, etc.) or C++/Python-based signal processing tools and librariesAble to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.Desired Technical Skills

Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications system design and theory with implementation of concepts into softwareTime and / or Frequency geolocation technologies and implementationExperience with MATLABExperience with GPU/CUDA development
