The Jewish Vote Director

will manage the campaign’s efforts to reach, engage, and mobilize Jewish voters nationwide.

The Director will work with partners across the campaign and with key stakeholders to break through the noise about what’s at stake for voters this election, reach voters where they are, and mobilize this critical coalition to re-elect the President, Vice President and Democrats up and down the ballot.

Responsibilities

Implement the campaign’s strategy to engage and mobilize Jewish supporters.

Plan, shape, and represent the campaign at coalition events, meetings, conference calls, and trainings that advance program goals.

Build and manage relationships with key Jewish leaders in advocacy, political, and organizing spaces.

Convene and organize both internal and external working groups to map out, strategize, and successfully create new opportunities to reach and mobilize Jewish voters.

Collaborate and coordinate across departments on events, messaging, policy, and programming focused on Jewish voters. Other duties as assigned to support the coalitions department.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience working on Jewish outreach or Jewish policy on a campaign or political organization. Experience managing people a plus, but not required.

Proven track record building and managing coalitions among diverse stakeholders, reaching consensus and action.

Strong political judgment and knowledge of key issues that matter to Jewish voters.

Creative thinker. Excellent writer. Strong communicator and storyteller.

Type A about organizing. Knows their way around spreadsheets. Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a detail-oriented manner. Ability to work well under pressure.
