The primary job responsibilities for the BDR are driving a result-driven comprehensive demand generation strategy, spanning from acquisition to engagement to conversion. We have ambitious sales targets. As a BDR, you will be a key player in making our numbers work. To be successful in this role, the BDR must utilize consultative selling by understanding key business issues and requirements to craft a solution that best meets each prospective customer's needs. In addition to your innovative mindset and commitment to teamwork, you should possess the following skills and requirements:Responsibilities:Create and manage strategy to grow business and drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities, using Pardot, Salesforce.com and other tools.Develop overall Lead Generation planning efforts including production goals, forecast and measuring overall resultsTrack, analyze and report on performance of KPIs and provide quantifiable metrics and insights through dashboards and monthly reportsMeasure and report on performance against weekly and quarterly demand goalsPropose plans to improve lead quality and maximize pipeline and revenueAccelerate revenue and marketing and sales qualified lead growth via targeted, personalized email nurturing of inbound and outbound leadsCollaborate with sales to identify targets for account-based marketing campaigns.Provide prospecting on specific target accounts to enable goals to be achievedReview marketing activity for prospecting.Develop and nurture new leads through the early stages of the sales process.Assist Regional Sales Teams with pipeline management and prospect follow upStay in constant contact with prospectsAssist in the creation, management, process and compliance of CRM dataRequired Qualifications:Data and results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating) with a proven track record of driving lead growth and sales-qualified leadsStrong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendationsStrong understanding of B2B lead generation process and pipeline development and copywriting skillsExperience in campaign performance optimization, funnel optimization, creative testing and ROI calculations2+ years of hands-on experience in managing lead-generation efforts4-year degree, or equivalent work experience in a B2B SaaS environment in sales, demand generation, or sales support1-2 years of experience in GRC software solutions sales preferred.Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding problem-solving skills, quantitative skills and data-driven mindsetHands on experience in CRM and marketing automation technologies (Salesforce and Pardot preferred)High attention to detail and focus on quality output necessarySelf-starter with proven ability to deliver resultsWHY BE A PART OF OUR TEAM?Delivering innovative solutions backed by world-class customer service starts with having the best talent.
