Quote Coordinator

Primary Duties + Support Sales Managers with any sales related processes including sales, customer account creation and maintenance, reporting, Salesforce.com assistance, vendor registration, quotations, IDN/GPO contract administration, etc. + Ensures all necessary documentation for contract creation and instrumentation processing is accurate and provided in a timely matter Sales Contracts Specialist. + Manage CPQ approval queue, follow up with approvers, and generates completed quotes. + Assist with various levels of sales documentation (account setup, vendor forms/ registration, etc.). + Respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and Bids within 24 hours. + Work with various departments to resolve issues, such as shipping, materials, production, finance and legal. + Assists with pricing maintenance. + Assist with management of salesforce.com CRM, and SAP ERP. + Generate any requested sales reports. + Performs other duties as assigned. Training & Education Bachelors degree in business, Accounting, Marketing, related field or an equivalent combination of experience or education required. Additional schooling in sales/business administration a plus Experience 2 years sales administration, customer service, sales support or related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities + Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with ERP and CRM systems. + Basic knowledge of customer accounts + Proactive attitude and extremely motivated + Team player + Flexible and skilled at multitasking + Effective organization and attention to detail + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
