Overview:
We have an excellent opportunity available for an on-site IT Support Center Analyst in our Home Office located in downtown Cincinnati.Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include:Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software and other technology tools, products and peripheralsInstalls hardware, software, networking and peripheral equipment as neededResponse and support for iSeries related Operator level support requests and troubleshootingResponds/resolves incidents and service requests in accordance with expected service levelsOversee the execution and completion of assigned tasksLogs and tracks all work effort using ITSM tools, and maintains history records and related documentationAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while delivering high standards of customer serviceDemonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Roto-Rooter through performing behaviors consistent with the organizations values
Requirements:Requirements include:Associate degree in related field3-5 years experience in related technical support roleOperator level IBM iSeries/ AS400 experienceMay consider an equivalent combination of education and experienceApplicable Technical Certifications:Microsoft MTA, MCSA, MCSECCNA, Networking +ITIL Foundations preferredHDI Support Center Analyst preferred
