Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies for 90 years! We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our growing family.

$60,320 a year.This position is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm.

Job Summary:

Provide technical support and guidance to end users supporting business initiatives. Illustrate competency in researching and troubleshooting basic through advanced support topics ranging from hardware, software, and networking/cloud. Support business technology goals such as CICD initiatives and participate in regular group meetings and discussions for technology innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:2+ years degree such as computer science, networking, security3+ years Helpdesk / Operations experience in Windows environmentPossess strong communication and grammarPossess strong organizationWorking knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, FileserversWorking knowledge of networks and VPNCertifications such as A+, SEC+, NET+, MTA OS/Networking/Security fundamentals, MCSA, CCENT or equivalent preferredDuties and Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting via service desk ticketing and call queueProvision and maintain workstations (lifecycle, patching, security)Manage/maintain end user accounts and permissionsManage/maintain technical assets such as phones, printers, tablets, network equipment, software, etc.Team collaboration with helpdesk and admin staff to achieve business goalsTravel less than 25% of the time#ZR
