We are searching for a Market Development Manager to join our rapidly growing sales team. This position will lead the charge as we work to develop a market presence in Southern California. The ideal candidate will utilize their deep understanding of Automotive Finance and extensive network of Dealer contacts to quickly establish partnerships and increase contract volume while gaining market share. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, they will partner with Senior Leadership to identify high potential sub-markets and determine the right number of account managers necessary to maximize growth potential.

Responsibilities

Utilize strong interpersonal skills and a proven sales aptitude to sign up new dealerships to our networkEnsure success of these relationships by training dealers how to effectively utilize the Lendbuzz program and maximize profit through deal structuringPartner with our underwriting and inside sales teams in order to provide a first class customer experience to our dealers and consumersConsistently analyze and review business trends to identify gaps to plan and executionIdentify, understand and analyze dealer's opportunities and needs as well as promote growth.Build high quality relationships at all levelsUse data to determine the market share potential for Lendbuzz throughout North Texas, and identify the need for additional team members in the areaEstablish specific, time-sensitive goals for new dealer enrollments and contract volume and determine the right number of field sales people necessary to achieve them.Partner with the Sales Recruiting Team to develop a talent pipeline in order to achieve these targetsExperience / Abilities

Minimum of 5 years experience working in Automotive F&I or LendingBilingual fluency in Spanish and EnglishAn existing network of dealer contacts in the defined territoryA valid driver's license, insurance and registrationResidence within or near this assigned territory Minimum travel of 80% in the market
