Become a key player as a Performance Media Manager:
The Adobe team is looking for a Performance Media Manager, specific to Search for driving acquisition of Adobe's Stock Photography products. This is a full-time, contract position. This position will partner with performance media specialists and an external agency to drive search strategy, execution, and reporting, coordinate with campaign, analytics, and product partners, run agile and rapid experimentation, and drive performance optimization to achieve and exceed on target metrics. Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:
Manage and analyze paid search and shopping programs in Google, Bing, and Adobe Media Optimizer (AMO) to improve overall search returns and reduction of SEM expenses.
Project manage & oversee external agency quality of work, including reporting, analysis, and quality assurance
Daily search marketing responsibilities include, but are not limited to daily performance reports, budget pacing and management in engines and AMO, bid optimization, ad copy updates, keyword expands and negatives, data analyses with insights from Adobe Analytics and AMO, financial planning and analysis
Provide data analysis and insights to support the Performance Marketing org in developing the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Provide recommendations for testing of messaging, destinations, keywords, tactics, audiences, etc.
Stay current with all SEM industry trends and be on top of emerging SEM technologies, opportunities, and innovations.
Assist with Search Engine/Adobe Media Optimizer configuration, reporting and automated bid algorithms.
Work with SEO team to ensure alignment of customer experience.
Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:
A degree in a business / marketing related or analytical field
5-10 years' experience as Paid Search Marketing professional, running enterprise-level SEM campaigns with proven results. Experience leading global accounts a plus
Experience building, bulk editing, and optimizing campaign, keywords and ads within Google Ads & Bing Ads Editor platforms
Demonstrated experience in executing sophisticated search media plans and strategies
Experience with Web Analytics and search bid optimization platforms (Adobe Media Optimizer & Analytics are a plus)
Understanding of SEO, Display, Social, and A/B testing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, corporate environment working individually and with teams
A love of data and attention to detail - highly organized and analytical
Clear communicator to deliver POVs with solid rationale
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills, and experience working in Tableau
Pay Range:
