VEHICLE EXCHANGE SPECIALIST

Leith Toyota of Raleigh is excited to be expanding our Exchange team and is looking to hire a new Vehicle Exchange Specialist.The Leith Toyota Vehicle Exchange department is a vehicle replacement program designed to help service customers upgrade out of their current car or suv and exchange it for a new car or new to them, with in most cases a similar budget to their old car.Job Description:our new exchange specialist will be responsible for reaching our to customers that come the the service department through in person interactions or through phone calls, texts or emails.

The main goal is to engage with customers and provide information to them regarding the unique position they are in with their old car versus a new one.

This engagement will ultimately lead tp growing the sales department.The right person must have the right attitude and skills including but not limited too:- the ability to communicate effectively with both new and existing customers to generate new leads- the ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone and and in person- friendly, outgoing, professional and self motivated- committed to customer satisfaction and delivering wonderful memorable experiences.- general computer skills and knowledge.- organized and excellent follow up skills- excellent phone and communication skills
