- Enjoy health and dental benefits, tuition reimbursement, birthdays off, and many more!WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Develop and nurture relationships with prospective customers in the semiconductor industry to ensure a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding new customer booking targets.Drive the sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing deals and securing signed contracts.Consult with prospects to understand their business challenges and requirements, and present solutions that help them achieve their goals.Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure successful implementation of new customer projects.Provide regular reports on sales activity and performance, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:3-5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience in the semiconductor industry.Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and address client concerns.Analytical and critical thinking skills to understand client needs, identify challenges, and provide tailored solutions.Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.ABOUT US:TPD is a leading workforce solutions provider.Our mission is to help YOU succeed by providing access to opportunities - jobs, careers, and professional development.
