JOB OBJECTIVES:The Marketing Manager executes the localization of the global marketing strategy to enable successful promotion of DQS services and build DQS brand awareness within the North America Market. The manager develops and manages sector specific marketing plans and associated marketing resources.The manager oversees the Marketing function and staff, develops and manages the annual marketing budget. The manager serves as the primary marketing interface with top management, business unit/ sector management, sales management and other departmental managers and reports frequently on marketing analytics and needed adjustment actions. The manager serves on the DQS Holding marketing team and evokes a spirit of collaboration and creativeness in positioning the One DQS brand as the global market leader. The position takes on a hands-on approach to perform marketing activities directly in addition to leading the team.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Execute the localization of the global marketing strategy to enable successful promotion of DQS services, build DQS brand awareness and increase sales leads and opportunities.Develop marketing plans both for promoting the DQS brand as well as sector specific campaign initiatives. Update plans as needed based on campaign performance and analytics against expected results.Develop and manage annual marketing budget, allocate resources and approve expenditures within budget.Lead and motivate the marketing team in developing compelling campaigns which differentiate DQS, approve campaign messaging and ensure messaging and marketing channels are aligned with the target audience.Build the Marketing team by defining roles needed, selecting staff members, communicating objectives and assigning work, and coaching and managing staff performance.Develop and implement digital marketing plans to enhance online visibility, drive lead generation, and increase website traffic for the US and Mexico websites.Oversee SEO/SEM strategies, analyzing keywords and website analytics to optimize content.Manage social media presence aligning with brand voice and target audience engagement strategies.Manage formal competitive analysis and DQS market position, strengths and opportunities and monitor competitor activities on a regular basis as an input to marketing campaigns.Oversee market research associated with new program launch as an input to marketing strategy, establishing target markets, and defining market condition.Report on marketing analytics to top management (HubSpot, SEO research, campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to identify improvement actions and help shape future marketing strategies.Ensure all marketing collateral is aligned with the One DQS Brand profile.Collaborate with top management, business unit/ sector management, sales management and other departmental managers to ensure campaigns align with business strategy.Represent DQS Inc. within the DQS Holding marketing team and evoke a spirit of collaboration and creativeness in positioning the One DQS brand as the global market leader.Perform other duties as assigned.DQS Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
