North AmericaJOB SUMMARY:A Marketing Manager at Argano plays a crucial role in the Marketing family and is responsible for executing marketing plans, campaigns, events, and communications for several offerings that support Argano’s marketing strategy and goals, generate qualified leads, influence opportunities, and strengthen the corporate brand. This position oversees critical details and executes marketing activities based on defined marketing strategies that target several markets and industries. The marketing manager completes tasks with a high standard of quality, efficiency, organization, and the drive and initiative to complete responsibilities with minimal guidance. This position requires prioritization of multiple responsibilities and proactive management of marketing initiatives. In addition, this role involves market research and preparing marketing information/brochures highlighting Argano's skills and strengths.RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute and manage multi-touch lead gen campaigns through various media that deliver marketing-qualified leads with strong conversion rates.Identify opportunities by determining value propositions and differentiators with sales, delivery, and product stakeholders’ input to strengthen market positioning.Support solution positioning via website, email, advertising, social networking, and PR campaigns.Project manage, organize, and create campaign schedules to successfully execute against strategic objectives.Support the effort to analyze industry trends, marketing strategies, and service performance; prepare and present reports summarizing information; make recommendations based on analysis.Develop consistent messaging across all content that stays true to Argano's style, tone, and voice.Develop a working knowledge of our products and services to understand what our clients may experience.Manage in-person and online events working with internal and external resources to execute tasks to vendor and partner organizations’ requirements within deadlines and budgetary requirements.Support the Marketing Team in strategic initiatives and tasks.Maintain and strengthen the corporate brand through various media outlets.Prepare and deliver promotional presentations as needed.Support efforts to track and analyze project performance, budget, schedule, and report to management being able to suggest improvements.MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, expected.EXPERIENCE:

2-4 years of experience in marketing or related field.Experience in content management, advertising, and event management.Proven ability to organize a virtual team of professionals across the business working from different locations to leverage resources and align goals.Experience working within the technology industry.Proficient in Microsoft products, specifically: Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across time zones, preferred.Skill Requirements:

Content Creation: Advanced content creation skills for various marketing collateral.Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in using analytics tools for in-depth performance analysis. Ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling content for various channels.Project Management: Advanced project management skills to coordinate marketing activities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Time management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.Event Coordination: Skills coordinating and organizing events. Familiarity with event logistics and vendor management.Multitasking Skills: Ability to ‘get things done’, meet deadlines, and multi-task effectively.Digital Marketing Knowledge: Advanced understanding of digital marketing channels. Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling.Data Analysis: Basic analytical skills for tracking and reporting on marketing metrics.Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail for proofreading and quality control. Ensuring brand consistency in all communications.The base compensation range for this position is $65,728 - $122,000 commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
