GoPro is seeking a Motorsports Marketing Manager who is responsible for designing and executing the 4-wheel Sports program driving credibility and awareness for the product and the brand. You will execute event sponsorships, grassroots event opportunities, brand partnerships, and content/athlete projects within the vertical and continue to bring the brand of GoPro to the Motorsports community.What You Will Do

Identify national event sponsorships and regional grassroots opportunities that will connect the consumer to the brand. Lead cross-functional efforts with identifying Goals & KPIs for each Event Sponsorship execution. Execute these events on a local and national level while working with relevant internal and external stakeholders.Event Project Management:

Facilitate the cross-functional collaboration and ensure execution of these initiativesSocial Media deliverablesPress release detailsAdvocate/Community inclusionPromoting AwardsSales/Channel hospitality opportunitiesTraining inclusionGrassroots Activation teamConsumer InsightsSubmit and manage Creative and Brand service requests for all event sponsorship deliverablesCreative requests for video, copy, web banners, creative assetsPrepare & update year-long Events Sponsorships calendar for internal teams use/refer toPrepare event recap reports for all activationsPrepare monthly Sports Marketing events showcase reportRequest & summarize year-end reports from every event partner to ensure ROIAthlete Management:

Maintaining and selecting the next generation of (identifying, negotiating, and executing contracts) relevant national sports personalities in various 4-wheel playgrounds with a perfect brand fit and strong content creation abilities.Content Program:

Identifying unique content opportunities with athletes, events and other partners that will showcase the product and push the brand forward.Identifying and establishing relationships with credible GoPro filmers/editors within the 4-wheel network to ensure that we can execute on said content opportunities.Skills We’re Excited About

5+ years of experience in MarketingStrong understanding of the Off-Road Motorsports / Powersports industry and trendsExperience in successful project management and tentpole event managementExperience in showing and reporting ROI on every event or project within verticalVital organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to present and communicate in an effective and impactful wayNetworking skills and the ability to build relationships with partners, sponsors, and important stakeholdersMaintain operational excellence, including managing the vertical budget, create POs and manage invoicing for events activations, and order promo product for event sponsorship, athlete projects and brand collaboration opportunitiesModerate travel requiredWhy Work With Us?

Actual pay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including your residence location and prior work experience. Equity, benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation for this role and are not included in the provided pay range.
