Strategy Operations Officer.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Strategy Operations Officer develops and implements metrics to guide the company's vision and mission. This role involves formulating strategic initiatives and ensuring daily activities support these goals. Working closely with Executive Management, the Officer helps define and align short-term and long-term objectives. Additionally, the Officer oversees the internal reinsurance process, coordinating with company departments, external brokers, and reinsurers.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
A bachelor's degree in management, business administration, finance, or marketing is required.Over 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making.Extensive background in reinsurance.Proven expertise in analytical research, leadership, and strategic planning.High levels of creativity and problem-solving abilities.In-depth knowledge of management strategies, financial accounting, HR planning, customer relations, and technology implementation.Proficiency in public speaking and effective verbal and written communication.Ability to multitask and manage research projects, data analysis, and coordination with the executive team.Strong leadership, management, and collaboration skills.WHAT THEY OFFER THEIR EMPLOYEES:
