As Director of Underwriting, you will be responsible for promoting profitable written premium growth and favorable loss ratios in accordance with Company Best Practices, Underwriting Guidelines, Line of Business risk appetite, and personal Underwriting Authority.The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree5–7 years of insurance-related experience and/or trainingExperience in production-oriented Excess Casualty underwriting with strong relationships within the Wholesale brokerage channel.Professional and effective communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.What They Offer Their Employees:
