to act as the main liaison, handling the brokering and management of a specific portfolio of business developed by Producers. This role encompasses service coordination, marketing of new and renewal accounts to carriers, claims communication, administration, and offering consultative guidance for assigned accounts. Ensuring client retention and satisfaction are key goals.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
Proven success as a Commercial Lines Account Executive or Account Manager in a similar roleAt least 5 years of experience in managing business accountsValid Property & Casualty Producer LicenseStrong emotional intelligence in a dynamic work environmentComprehensive understanding and ability to clearly explain Insurance Industry Standards, Policies, and ProceduresExcellent organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a multi-faceted role with frequent changes in pace and exposure to multiple resourcesSuperior communication and consultative abilitiesYou’ll Receive:
