What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead, execute, and deliver GXO's most important Business Applications (WMS, OMS, Automation, Integration)Follow standard project methodology and a defined SDLC process to lead the project team in creating industry-changing applications for the 3PL industryHandle all aspects of an SDLC process including project timelines, scope, budgets, resources, and deliveryCoordinate with all business and IT stakeholders to deliver projectsWork directly with the PMO to continually improve the project methodology, SDLC process, deliverable templates, etc.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience2 years of experience leading, energizing, and delivering Tier 1 ERP projects with multiple integrated work streams for the entire SDLC processProven experience managing ERP projects using waterfall and agile methodologiesBachelor's or master's degree in computer science or electrical engineering (preferred)PMP certified (preferred)10 years of experience leading, driving, and delivering Tier 1 ERP projects with multiple integrated work streams for the entire SDLC process (preferred)Experience leading implementations of Oracle EBS (preferred)Worked in the IT/Finance area of a logistics and or supply chain organization (preferred)Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment (preferred)Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team of business and IT professionals (preferred)Impeccable verbal and written communications skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders (preferred)Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems (preferred)
