What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Create and manage comprehensive master project plan in collaboration with Avaya and customerTranslate customer requirements into formal transition plans and operational processesInterface with customer executives to develop and execute an overall program transition and operational modelLead a team of internal and partner resources to produce the delivered solutionManage third-party vendors as necessary to deliver an end-to-end solution
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Proficiency in MS Project and ExcelPrevious experience in architecting and leading transitions and operations of voice over IP communications platforms based on Avaya technology6-9 years of intensive and progressive experience in project managementStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to lead and manage a team of transition project managers
