is assisting with the recruiting of an Executive Assistant for a Philadelphia based non-profit organization. The position is a full-time,

onsite

role supporting the CEO and Executive Leaders in the organization.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. The normal hours for the position are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. The individual selected for this position will need to have scheduling flexibility to support extended hours and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the CEO & the Executive Team

Supporting day-to-day administrative operationsManage Outlook calendarSupport special projects, events, and board of director operationsManage the organization calendarSupervise the administrative assistantsManage office operations and meetingsProvide back-up for the reception areaCoordinate, budgeting, and ordering of office suppliesCoordinate and attend board meetings

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of administrative experienceNon-Profit and/or Community Youth Services Experience preferredEssential Functions and Requirements:
