Physician Health Partners is seeking a highly qualified Executive Assistant who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. This position will provide support to our provider services areas and report to the VP, Network Strategy & Growth, along with their leadership teams, in a manner consistent with the highest levels of performance and professionalism. The position requires solid skills in the areas of relationship building, communication, presentation development, meeting management and working with external partners and with colleagues at all levels within the organization.Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm MST with some early morning and evening hoursPrimary Responsibilities

Complex executive-level calendar, travel and expense managementSet-up meeting arrangements and coordinate changes in meeting schedulesEnsure there are fallback plans as part of coordinating critical meetings; pivot quickly as situational changes may warrantPlan and organize logistics of large and/or offsite events and catering, using internal resources as neededMonitor email and identify urgent requestsAnswer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests for information, using sound judgement to prioritize taking actionPrepare presentations, letters, memos, monthly and quarterly reports and charts using MS Office applicationsBe in the Denver office 1-2 times per week to greet visiting clients and help with in-office work such as printing and meeting managementIndependently perform varied administrative duties related to functional areaMaintain a high level of organization and attention to detailHandle highly confidential information discreetlyLead preparation and tracking of meetings including board meetings and committees, external provider meetings, health plan JOCs - some meetings include early morning and evening times 2-3 times per monthRequired Qualifications

3+ years of administrative experience in support of senior executivesExperience supporting multiple executives within a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience arranging Microsoft Teams virtual meetings and teleconferencesExperience coordinating meetings and conferences for senior leadershipAdvanced proficiency within Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePointStrong written and verbal communicationsProject coordination experienceHealth care experience ideal, but not requiredSalary Range: $33 - $35 hourly
