Briljent is seeking a positive and sensible Staff Augmentation Account Manager. This position serves as the pivotal point of coordination among our augmented staff, the clients who assign tasks to these resources, and various internal departments including human resources, operations, and business development, ensuring seamless integration and communication across all parties. This person will build strong relationships with our clients to ensure project staff is performing well and to identify potential growth opportunities.This is an associate-level position.The short version of the job description:

Building and growing strong relationships with our clients while coaching and developing employees.The longer version with important details:Facilitate the onboarding of new employees including conducting the necessary introductions and training to internal processes that are critical to the success of employees in a staff augmentation role.Conduct 1:1 meetings, working directly with staff-augmented employees to help problem-solve, maximize performance to meet/exceed client expectations, and ensure job satisfaction with a valued connection to Briljent.Manage performance coaching and performance improvement plans, when necessary, which includes investigating tasks and expectations with clients, understanding current employee performance, and guiding employees toward performance improvement goals.Partner with human resources in hiring, performance management, leave of absence, and separation/offboarding activities.Understand and document staff augmentation roles, client project summaries, and Briljent capabilities, listening for client and project pain points, ensuring client awareness when pain points can be lessened by Briljent assistance.Approve employee time off requests, weekly timesheets, and client invoices.Encourage staff-augmented employee participation in Briljent events, programs, and activities.Track project and resource timelines, engaging in salary increases, extensions, and/or redeployment efforts (within Briljent or on other client engagements).Track contract details to maximize contractual opportunities i.e. scope and bill rate/revenue growth opportunities.Provide assistance in the following areas:Build foundational relationships with new and existing clients to best support resource management and client experience with Briljent.Identify client needs and work with Briljent Business Development team to support these needs with Briljent solutions when beneficial.Coordinate with the client’s team to understand staffing requirements to deploy suitable staff to meet client needs.Promote Briljent branding across external stakeholders.Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong desire (and energy) for helping employees and client project teams be successful. This includes comfort with picking up the phone to call a client, conducting meaningful 1:1 meetings with employees, sending a professional email free of grammatical errors, and delivering constructive criticism in a positive, supportive, and motivating manner.Creative problem solving. Sometimes you must think outside the box, other times you must think outside the building housing that box.Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Consultant mindset. It’s a unique skill to see the big picture from the perspective of all parties.Ability to adapt role to the organization’s evolving needs.Must be able to work in a remote setting free of distractions and across multiple time zones.Education and Experience:2+ years of experience in employee relations, client services, HR, account management, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.Demonstrated experience building strong interpersonal business relationships.Demonstrated experience working directly with clients in a business setting.Experience supervising employees to include motivating and delivering feedback to underperformers, reviewing salaries, and disciplinary actions.Experience reading, understanding, and adhering to business contracts.Positive attitude and strong desire to help others, preferably deriving energy from employee and client interactions.Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions:These physical demands must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
