This role is responsible for the entire and overall delivery process of our implementation projects, including:Project staffing assignmentsManage consultant workloadEnsure successful project delivery, on time, on budgetMeet with project managers and customersManage customer issues / escalationsImprove internal processes & tools for implementationPrepare project estimationsRequirementsSkills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates need to be able to identify qualified potential customers, understand their unique IT needs, and understand how to position SEIDOR's unique value proposition in this competitive IT landscape.Our ideal candidate is client focused, passionate about building relationships, and experienced in the world of IT Staff Augmentation Services.To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:5 years of proven experience in selling staff augmentation and outsourcing services in the IT industry.Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.Clear understanding of ITO concepts and services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-starter and independent worker.Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.Must be located and authorized to work in the US (preferably in the US Eastern or Central Time Zone)
