It is a distributed, remote-first team, and they empower team members to shape their working environment in a way that suits their needs.The Account Manager will be responsible for strengthening and expanding relationships with designated clients to ensure all client business needs are met. Revenue growth and retention are a key focus in this role.You Will:Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to customersManage and perform all aspects of implementing new clients including overall implementation project management, acquiring client data, closely monitoring project status and success throughout the entirety of the projectBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer’s needs and objectivesCommunicate progress of project initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersTrack key account metrics and service level agreementsAssist with the development of a joint company strategic account planning processIdentify new opportunities in collaboration with the sales team to ensure growthSupport sales by serving as end-to-end subject matter expert on solutionsAssist with client requests and issue escalation as neededWhat You Will Bring to the Table:Experience working in the healthcare insurance and/or healthcare audit industry preferred, but not requiredDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organizationExcellent customer service principles and practicesStrong ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer and data analytical skillsMinimum college degree or equivalentSalary Range$90,000 - $110,000.
