About Our ClientOur client, a mental health support company, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support their growing community of district partners. The Account Manager will join the Account Management team and Core Revenue team, reporting to the Senior Account Manager. The role involves building and maintaining consultative relationships with district decision-makers and program leads, ensuring that the company’s clinical programs and product offerings deliver value across all stakeholder groups in the district.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary account manager for up to 40 district partners, maintaining regular touch-points and protecting relationship healthUse implementation and outcomes data to drive storytelling and demonstrate the value of the partnership to district leaders in quarterly Cabinet-level Business ReviewsIdentify district champions and expand strategic relationships in large district accounts through prospecting and networkingManage the renewal and expansion cycle for up to 40 district and County-level partnershipsIdentify and close-win opportunities for program and product expansion throughout the yearDevelop and manage annual district partnership plan with input from school support managers, clinical school leaders and engineering/productSupport district IT and engineering team with district file sharing and technical implementation needsCreate and maintain regional growth strategies in collaboration with Account Executives on the sales teamServe as the “voice of the customer” and provide written summaries of important partner conversations to inform business and product strategyQualifications2+ years experience as an account manager supporting K-12 schools and districtsA passion for data-driven planning and decision makingStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersExperience in the mental health or healthcare spaceExperience with Excel or Google SheetsExperience with salesforce or comparable customer management softwareCompensationThe pay range is $100,000—$120,000 USD.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply online.
