Salary Range: $118,000 - $150,000

(Salary is dependent on multiple factors, including experience, education, and specific job requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and instruments used in quality control processes.

- Identify and document deviations from quality standards and collaborate with relevant departments to address and rectify issues.

- Develop and implement quality control procedures, protocols, and documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.

- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards.

- Communicate quality-related issues and findings to management and relevant stakeholders.

- Assist in the training of personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.

Technical Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

- Proficiency in quality control methodologies, techniques, and tools.

- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), such as ISO standards.

- Experience in using quality control tools like Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Competence in utilizing various testing equipment and software relevant to the industry.

Desired qualifications:

- Prior experience in quality assurance/quality control within a manufacturing or production environment.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the industry (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP).

- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.

- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Technician, Certified Quality Auditor).

- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
