YOUR MISSIONWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Enterprise Platform team. In this role, you'll use your skills and expertise to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our back-end architecture and front-end platform products. You will lead the team that creates highly performant, scalable solutions that drive R&D team velocity, while also meeting the performance requirements that come along with delivering enterprise grade software solutions.
What You'll DoWork closely with internal customers to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications.Own the layer of Mural’s Enterprise Platform roadmap that focuses on our Back-end Architecture and Front-end Platform teams, which are primarily responsible for creating the platform, core services, and FE components used by all of our customer-feature teams.Ensure platform solutions meet our internal teams' requirements, and are built for scale, and breadth of use cases.Work closely with Product and Engineering peers across other R&D teams to evangelize and enable them in adopting the frameworks and standards delivered by the team.Meet with partners and internal specialists to facilitate our ongoing Accessibility compliance and remediation effort and report out on status. You will also be expected to invest a portion of your time evangelizing accessibility best practices internally while eventually supporting our sales teams on engagements where accessibility surfaces as a key discussion topic in the relationship.Regularly communicate product updates and progress to Leadership and various teams across the organization.
What You'll Bring4+ years of Product Management experience across technically challenging application architectures, ideally in an Enterprise SaaS environment.Previous experience in shepherding mission-critical initiatives.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adapt to changing needs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Trained and practiced in Agile methodologies, with experience to apply the appropriate practices for the context and needs of the team.Knowledge of application, back-end architectures, accessibility, and operational systems.A proven track record of success in working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to deliver outcomes with impact.Comfortable engaging with customers, conducting user research, and intelligently integrating findings into your work as needed.Passion for data and data-driven.Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
For roles based in New York City, California, Colorado, and Washington, the base salary for this role ranges from $177,500 - $198,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation.
