You are able to provide every member you assist or support with a high level of service, have strong organization and multi-tasking skills, and are searching for a rewarding career where you are valued and respected.What you'll doAct as the face of the branch, enhancing member satisfaction through expert knowledge of credit union products and services, and resolving inquiries.Provide a friendly welcome, clearly introduce our locations' unique concept, and ensure a seamless, engaging visit for all guests. Answer inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth experience from start to finish. Create and sustain an inviting, positive environment, making each visit impactful and enjoyable.Educate and support members on their journey towards financial wellness with the credit union’s initiatives. Collaborate with the financial wellness coaching team to identify educational opportunities, provide support, and facilitate referrals. Promote the credit union’s commitment to financial wellness and community support through active participation in events and workshops.Manage and optimize Financial Coaches' appointments to improve member experience and minimize wait times.Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere, resetting spaces as necessary to ensure readiness.Work with facility management and vendors to ensure all interactive and technical infrastructures operate flawlessly.Offer key services for new and existing members, managing a variety of transactions and account types. Guide members through the loan application process and digital banking options. Consult members to identify and recommend appropriate financial products. Conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision and security.Participate in daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.Comply with all financial regulations and policies, applying risk management strategies to safeguard member information and prevent fraud.Performs other tasks or functions as required, requested, necessary or prudent from time to time.Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:Strong desire to work in a purpose-driven organization3 to 5 years of similar or related experience; prior experience in banking or credit union roles, with a robust understanding of financial products and services.Preferably holding an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Exceptional communication and customer service skills, capable of positively engaging with members.Proficient in financial software systems and digital banking platforms.Well-versed in financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications Education
