We offer a collaborative, environment that optimizes for the:pride in doing high-quality workjoy of tackling creative, intellectually challenging workcamaraderie of working with smart, grounded peersWhat does a day look like as a Senior Consultant?Lead multiple projects and teams in designing and executing custom quantitative and qualitative market research and data analysis studiesLead day-to-day management of clients in drug commercialization teams at top biopharma companies to understand their complex business needs and provide data-driven insights and guidance while driving client satisfaction through project deliveryMentor junior members of the team and collaborate with cross-geographical peersDirectly support business development efforts to maintain and grow a book of businessContribute to or lead internal initiatives focused on high-value effort including new product and service development, and organizational learning and productivityExhibit a proactive approach to work, show a desire to deliver above and beyond, and thrive in an environment of significant autonomyWhat do we look for in successful Senior Consultant candidates?Qualities of successful ZoomRx Senior Consultant candidates include:3+ years of professional experience in quantitative primary market research with a focus on methodologies that support commercial strategy for Life Sciences and Healthcare brandsExperience independently leading multiple consulting or market intelligence projects and associated teamsExperience directly managing client relationshipsCapabilities and confidence in preparing and delivering analytically robust, data-driven strategic storiesAdvanced level of proficiency in MS Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, WordBachelors or graduate degree (preferred) in life sciences and/or a quantitative fieldPreferred but not required:Experience supporting business development activitiesExperience in additional healthcare market intelligence functions besides primary market research (competitive intelligence; sales analytics; forecasting; etc)Experience with qualitative market research projectsExperience with pharmaceutical commercial strategy market research projectsWhat makes your role at ZoomRx unique?You will have wide-reaching creative control and the power to make impactful decisions.
