ASI is actively seeking a Senior Consultant who will help us stand up a new organizational structure and operating model for a new federal agency operating at the cutting edge of our nation’s security, CISA.Job Description

Lead design and implementation of first of its kind Community of Practice for federal Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs)Lead design and implementation of cutting-edge, agency-wide knowledge portal and SharePoint site for acquisition communityDevelop high-quality client deliverables, including crisp Power Point decks, recommendations, communication messages and materials, and executive briefingsDesign and facilitate client meetingsDrive critical project actions forward on behalf of the clientCoordinate and schedule client meetings and workshopsPartner with colleagues and contract teammates to achieve desired client outcomesLead ongoing capture and tracking of meeting notes, actions, and decisionsConduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and synthesis, as neededDevelop strong knowledge base on client’s “business”/subject matterPosition Requirements

BA/BS degreeClient-facing experience to include leading client status meetings, leading follow-up with clients on next steps, and writing crisp and clear client communicationsExperience designing and implementing cutting-edge SharePoint sitesExperience designing and implementing Communities of Practice, and/or complex working groups7 years of management consulting experiencePreferred Experience

Developing and conducting complex qualitative and quantitative studies, research and analysis to evaluate, integrate or improve program/project productivityIdentifying and developing methods, plans, and documentation to streamline operating procedures, reports and systems to improve operations, achieve savings, and encourage long-range planning to assure the program/project produce results in a cost-effective mannerCLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to obtain and/or possess favorable DHS fitness determinationLOCATION:

100% RemotePERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:

Through August 2024, with potential for recompete of current contract; and expected growth on our other Strategy and Organization Development projects including TSA Customer ExperienceDESIRED START DATE:
