Join us as we build the workplace development platform of the future!Your impactAs the Director, Enterprise Accounts you will work directly with our corporate enterprise clients to help them realize value from Correlation One workforce development solutions, specifically for data science, AI, and other technical upskilling programs. This role will manage key accounts, with the objective to grow and develop Correlation One’s existing client portfolio.This role is consultative in nature and will help translate client needs into custom program design, will own client business outcomes and renewals, and will proactively nurture accounts to generate upsell and cross sell opportunities. This role will partner with our sales organization and program managers to ensure a full 360 degree support team for our clients, and serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Director of Account Management and Chief Operations Officer.The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator exuding executive presence with c-suite stakeholders, as well as a self-starter who is comfortable innovating customer-centric solutions in a startup environment; this candidate will be solutions oriented with a proven track record of delivering ROI outcomes for Fortune 500 enterprise clients and driving Net Revenue Retention to 115+%. The role will be a strategic partner to Correlation One’s Executive team, and report directly to the Senior Director of Account Management.A day in the lifeManage and develop relationships with tier-1 enterprise corporate clients like Best Buy, Colgate, Johnson & Johnson and others, with the potential to grow into a department leaderDevelop growth strategies within corporate accounts by building strategic account plans with stakeholder mapping, and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen client relationshipsDrive and deliver quarterly business reviews and proposals for external partner executives, and implement a best in class cadence of engagement to build a foundation of trustBuild and execute playbooks, processes, and systems to ensure that enterprise customers realize value from Correlation One’s world class workforce development solutionsCollaborate with cross functional teams both internally and within Content, Product, Marketing, and Operations in order to ideate customized learning experiencesMeasure and report on key milestones and KPIs related to customer program successIdentify and implement process improvements to scale and streamline core operationsYour expertise10+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or management consulting, with experience managing retention and expansion targetsExperience managing b2b enterprise relationships, delivering results, and driving profitability through renewals and upsellsExperience leading and delivering senior executive-level business communications, including presentations and proposalsExperience coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teamsExperience using google suite and CRM software tools (Salesforce preferred)Experience in AI, technology, data science, education, workforce development a plusLeadership/People management experience is a plus
