About the Role:
We are actively seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you'll be filling open Entry Level and Mid-Level roles for our Retail and Wholesale departments. Your recruiting skills will be essential in helping us fill open roles efficiently in this fast-paced, ever-evolving industry. Do you have experience in high volume recruiting or agency recruiting? That's a huge bonus. We welcome candidates with non-traditional backgrounds and seek out teammates who bring their humanity to work.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand current hiring needsSource candidates via various job boards, Greenhouse ATS, referral networks, job fairs, and other channels to successfully hire for openingsScreen candidates, collect and track candidate feedback, and provide recommendations to the hiring managers on who to move forward with in their recruiting processWorks with a high level of energy and sense of urgency to fill openingsReview high volume of candidate resumes and up-to-date information in candidate tracking systemCoordinate scheduling of additional interviews as neededMaintain and update requisition information in ATSPrioritize openings and properly track number of hires for requisitions with more than one approved headcountProactively implement changes to streamline recruiting processesExtend verbal and written offers in addition to sending required new hire documentsProcess background checks per state cannabis regulationsProvide new hire information to Human Resources ensure proper onboardingMaintain and update data and candidate information in applicant tracking systemPost jobs on internal and external job boardsAssists in the coordination and planning of recruiting eventsAssists with various other recruiting projects as assignedSchedules activities, special events and programs, such as interns and co-ops events, scholarship programAssists Talent Acquisition Manager as neededOther duties as required
Who You Are:
Bilingual in Spanish a plusYou have minimum of 1 year of experience with high volume corporate or staffing agency recruiting, sourcing and closing entry level and mid level rolesBachelor’s degree preferredYou are comfortable with using an ATS system (Greenhouse experience is a plus)You possess an independent, solution-oriented, self-starter attitudeYou're a dependable team player with a positive attitude, ready to become a part of a great environmentAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with constant change and ambiguityAbility to travel for job fairs and on-site meetings as neededStrong business acumenAbility to communicate with senior leaders
