The platform enables Product Managers, UX Designers, UX Researchers and Marketers, as well as the agencies that support them, to obtain qualitative and quantitative insights on the digital experiences of real users, as well as providing detailed recommendations for optimizing user experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive. You will primarily be conducting product demos to showcase our offerings and manage the full-cycle sales process including contract negotiation, ensuring successful conversions and client satisfaction. You will also be communicating with and following up on new leads with the intention of organizing a demo.Additionally, you may be responsible for prospecting both cold and warm outbound leads, including leads from other industry players and our CRM.This position may offer growth opportunities within our fast-growing SaaS company, such as progressing into roles like Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, or even joining an Outbound Sales, Channel Development & Partnerships division.Userlytics is headquartered in Miami, FL and has a significant operation based in Madrid, Spain.
