Our digital marketing team is looking for a seasoned Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, who will focus on demand generation and integrated digital ads campaigns globally. This role will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and executing digital marketing campaigns through various online marketing channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation in support of corporate and regional goals. This role will also have a primary focus in the planning, strategy, execution, maintenance, and optimization of advertising campaigns.

This role will partner closely with various internal and external cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Design, Marketing Operations, and Web Development to develop, test, and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital marketing across a multitude of channels including social, display, web, email, search as well as experience driving ad operations, CRM, and marketing measurement.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of existing and prospective users and what drives them to convert into leads.Become a subject matter expert and trusted partner in building account journeys and programmatic digital experiences tailored to our key audiences.Identify and size opportunities in Zscaler’s advertising accounts (such as Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads, etc.), and develop advertising and marketing solutions that improve campaign performance and drive revenue growth.Build reports that distill engagement, leads, and other performance data into actionable insights across the business.Identify and implement best strategies for direct-response and branding campaigns.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

7+ years working in digital marketing, growth marketing, user acquisition, and demand gen areas.Lead campaign execution across channels, including ad configuration, defining target segments, asset maintenance, and creating tracking tags.Working proficiency in Marketo or similar platforms for list management, campaign setup, campaign orchestration, lead management, tracking and reporting.Localization experience is a plus.Experience with audience segmentation and dynamic contentStrong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and testing toolsExperience with marketing automation systems and digital marketing toolsComfortable working with numbers, KPIs, and optimizing conversion rates while thinking strategicallyLocalization experience is a plusStrong interpersonal and team-player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally

Preferred Educational Background

B.A./B.S. degree in marketing/business preferred or equivalent years of work experience. MBA is a plus

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$140,000 — $170,000 USD
