Senior ConsultantRemote, United StatesJOB OVERVIEWAs a Legion Senior Consultant, you lead the evolution of our implementation methodology, learning from our experiences. This role also ensures that our Consultants are achieving a level of consulting certification that promotes the goals of our customers, as defined within a statement of work. This is an individual contributor role that is focused on leading the customer to implement well-designed workforce management solutions that streamline operational efficiency. During implementation, you will be configuring, testing, delivering the system and supporting customer training.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESSr. Consultant Core ActivitiesPromote the evolution of the Legion Implementation Methodology and implement approaches that support Agile standards for cloud delivery solutionsManage multiple concurrent enterprise projects, leading all implementation project phasesEnsure a smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform, providing a seamless journey and business results that drive customer successConfigure Legion products according to the solution blueprintProvide configuration reviews and configuration knowledge transfers to the customerAssist customers with software testing along with roll-out activities such as data loads and system initializationDeliver live customer training for areas such as training the trainer for administrators and store managersLead and facilitate discussions and workshops with the customerOversee configuration documents, tools, and methodologies including but not limited to solution blueprint, enterprise configuration worksheet, etc.Define, manage, and deliver on customer expectations throughout the implementation processWork with teams within Legion to ensure implementation timelines and support SLAs are metAdvocate customer needs within Legion to ensure the product continues to improve on behalf of your customerBe familiar with compliance and labor laws and how they impact customersComplete ongoing education to further develop the skills and knowledge necessary for continued success, including industry trends, technology, and the Legion productDefine, manage, and deliver on customer expectations throughout the implementation processCustomer Centric ConsultingProviding leading practices to ensure customers are maximizing the value of their Legion solutionActively set and manage expectationsContinually acquire knowledge about our customers and solutions to grow adoptionComfortable communicating in considerably demanding situations internally and externally to all levels of colleagues and peer groups in ways that support problem-solving and planningConsulting PracticesImplement processes that support the efficient execution of phases within the Legion value-driven implementation methodologyDefine consulting leading practices and create a strategy that may include product certification and consultant training supported by the Training & Enablement ManagerWork with the Operations and Solution Architecture to support a Center of Excellence designed to improve organizational performance, maintain standards for consulting, and establish a document repository, governance, and coaching space for consultantsUnderstand and prevent scope creepUse Legion project management tools to manage configuration tasks assigned within the implementation project planProduct ExpertiseProduct expert in core Legion modulesMaintain core product expertise for end users and configurationGrow product knowledge through regular release trainingCommunicate upcoming release themes and dates to the customerIdentify, report, and prioritize bugs & enhancementsYOU WILL DO WELL IN THIS ROLE WHEN YOU…become a trusted advisor to customers, hyper-focused on quality and successful adoptionhave a passion for helping customers adopt new AI technologyaccept personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of workset personal objectives that meet organizational needsare technical-focused with analytical and problem-solving skills while able to describe technical configurations to non-technical audiencesbuild positive relationships with peers while working remotely on projects executed across geographies and cultureslisten continuously, learning from others and leveraging inputpossess unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character proactively demonstrating high moral and ethical behaviorconstantly improve your work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile skillscommit to the sustainability/scalability of configurations at Legionwork well as a self-starter in a fluid work environment with limited resourcesare a career-driven individual looking to grow in a fast-paced startupenjoy delivering effective and engaging training to customersuse organizational skills and plan for customer meetings to get effective outcomes and ensure the customer is on track with the project plancan understand a customer’s requirement and translate that into an actionable configuration of softwareREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS5+ years experience implementing software, configuring Workforce Management solutions, and/or in Customer SuccessHighly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven by delighting customersExceptional situational presence, relationship building, intellect, ethics, and judgment that engenders credibility and trustPolished English language communicator, persuasive presenter, fast on your feet, and innately organized; superb negotiation and diplomacy skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES7+ years experience implementing software, configuring Workforce Management solutions, and/or in Customer SuccessWorkforce management planning experience in a retail environmentExperience mentoring and training software implementation ConsultantsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSSalary Range: Base Salary Range - $110,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Stock EquityAt Legion, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to all employees. As a fully remote employer, pay for positions is determined using local, national, and industry-specific survey data.Our posted salary range is done so in good faith based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living. We strive to make competitive offers allowing employees room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills.
