The Role
The Senior Social Media and Content Marketing Manager role will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media and content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and drive sales. You will lead a team of talented professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
What You Will Do: .
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience and align with brand guidelines.Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising to drive brand awareness and product sales.Community Management: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and manage online reputation.Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to track key performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies for maximum impact.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media and content marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure successful execution of campaigns.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.Proven experience (5+ years) in social media management, content marketing, and digital advertising, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate brand messaging.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to develop innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
