The Senior Account Executive plays a crucial role in our organization by leading strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role involves a deep understanding of our client's businesses and industry trends in order to lead a consultative sales process with our best-fit prospects.The Senior Account Executive is expected to not only meet sales targets but also contribute positively to Metadata’s sales culture in ways such as leading by example, helping us further improve our sales approaches, and advising more junior members of the team.Key Responsibilities:Run consultative sales process from discovery to closeGenerate 4+ self-sourced opportunities per monthWork with the BDR team to generate opportunities within your assigned account listPrep for and lead tailored demos with sales engineering for prospective buyersCollaborate with Marketing Services Team (CSMs) during pre-sale to develop a strategic plan for new customersCollaborate with your customers to develop compelling business cases for Metadata based on their business objectives, needs, and risksUse phone, email, and social tools to communicate with marketing executivesClearly communicate Metadata’s patented process and value propositionsMaintain an accurate pipeline, individual forecast, and updated CRM notesMeet and exceed quarterly and annual goalsOccasional travel to meet with customers, as needed.Qualifications:Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quotaMinimum 5 years in B2B SaaS salesExperience selling MarTech/AdTechExperience selling an ACV of $60k - $100k+Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of B2B advertising, especially paid socialProficiency with Salesforce CRMEducation, Training and Support:Regular training/coaching on sales and negotiation techniques.Ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Leadership and team management training.Subscription to Pclub.ioWorking Conditions:Remote.
