In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and managing the prospect onboarding process for warm marketing generated leads. Our clientele consists mainly of mid-level to highly sophisticated traders who expect exceptional support. Your primary duties will include guiding prospects through account initiation, funding, and initial software deployment, with a strong emphasis on nurturing high-revenue-generating accounts.What You'll Be Doing

Completing outbound sales callsGuiding clients through the intricacies of account setup, funding, and the initial software installation processIdentifying sales opportunities within the TradeStation funnelFunctioning as a high-level point of contact for customer supportWorking in a team-oriented environmentDelivering the highest level of support with dedication to follow-up and organizationWorking in a fast paced and interactive environmentMaintaining a positive representation of TradeStation through professionalism, courtesy, and by striving to exceed client expectationsThe Skills You Bring

Successfully pass all relevant industry examsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong ability to close sales opportunitiesSelf-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of sales best practicesAbility to work in a fast paced and interactive environmentMinimum Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a sales role, particularly in outbound salesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targetsCollege degree requiredDesired Qualifications

2+ years of financial sales experience preferredSIE, Series 7, 63, and 3 preferredWhat We Offer
