What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Oversee the sales team supporting field sales, sales operations, and inside salesProvide leadership and direction to the sales enablement, operations, and support teamDevelop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectivesManage sales operations infrastructure and CRM systems for optimal performanceDirect analytics and business intelligence functions to provide actionable insights for sales optimization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or sales operations in K-12 solutions10-15 years of experience managing remote sales professionalsProven experience in managing sales support teams in the K-12 industryStrategic growth mindset with a proven ability to execute regional sales plansIntimate understanding of state and federal legislation impacting public and nonpublic funding

Experience with procuring, driving, and collaborating for K-12 Requests for Proposals (RFPs)Effective in cross-functional collaboration and relationship managementLeadership style focused on listening, supporting, teaching, and inspiringExcellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external stakeholders
