Contract to Hire - Remote Opportunity
The ideal candidate for a Senior Project Manager - Organization Change Management (OCM) role is an organized and self motivated Project Manager that is responsible for developing and driving the project plans for OCM processes and training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Facilitating cross-functional teams in the alignment and prioritization of OCM objectivesCollaborate closely with OCM Leads, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure broad organizational readiness, effective risk management, and transparent and timely communications with stakeholdersMentor and advocate for agile and lean project management to improve enterprise agilityFacilitate working agreement and commitment to shared objectives OCM Team and stakeholders, ensuring clarity of deliverables, milestones, and roles/responsibilitiesPlan and coordination of OCM readiness efforts including change, communication, and training strategies, while ensuring alignment with technical team deliverablesFacilitate effective risk and issue management, to ensure challenges are anticipated and appropriate actions are takenManage project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Qualifications
4+ years of Project Management experience supporting large cross-functional or global project teamsExperience as a hands-on Project Manager leading Change Management initiativesAble to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative working style with highly effective communication skills and technical acumenExperience with Azure DevOps is preferredExperience in a highly regulated industry, e.g., medical devices, life sciences is a plusExperience managing people and processes
