Real Estate Transactions Partner

A law firm in Glendale is seeking a Real Estate Transactions Partner with a portable book of business. The ideal candidate should be admitted to the California Bar or be eligible for admission, and additional admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar would be a plus.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and oversee real estate transactions.Manage a portfolio of clients and transactions.Develop and implement legal strategies for complex real estate matters.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.Oversee junior attorneys and legal support staff.Requirements:Portable book of business.Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission.Additional admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar (a plus).Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:Extensive experience in real estate transactions.Excellent legal research and writing abilities.Leadership and management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Company info
