A law firm is seeking a Partner-level Commercial Litigation Attorney with a proven track record and a portable business book. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in handling complex commercial litigation cases and demonstrate strong leadership skills to contribute to the firm's growth and success. The position is based in Glendale, CA.Duties

Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each case.Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Advise clients on potential legal risks and business strategies.Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution.Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.Cultivate and maintain client relationships.Contribute to business development and marketing efforts for the firm.Requirements

Experience in commercial litigation.Proven ability to manage and lead complex litigation cases.Strong trial and appellate experience.Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.A portable book of business is required.Must be admitted to the California Bar or be eligible for admission.Admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada Bar is a plus.Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications

Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.Membership with the Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada Bar is a plus.Skills
