Key Responsibilities:
Maintain partnership books and records.Record and reconcile bank activities.Perform monthly close procedures and financial statement preparation.Prepare compliance reports and support external audits.Manage regulatory filings and tax compliance.Assist with various financial and tax audits.Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate fund or private equity.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and complex accounting software (eFront preferred).Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Position based in Pasadena, CA.Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually.Year-end bonus based on merit.401k with employer contribution.Health Insurance (after 60 days).Paid Holidays (9 days/year), PTO (80 hours/year), and Sick Leave (40 hours/year).Ergonomic office with modern amenities and technology.
