GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the banking team on funding needs, including monitoring the daily cash position, reporting, and remediate any payment issues to minimize fraudManage the daily treasury requests for both internal and external customers, including but not limited to payment and information requestsLearn and leverage the Treasury Management System to support cash management with an enhanced visibility of liquidity and optimization activitiesReview and verify disbursement activities to ensure reconciliations are accurate, complete and that discrepancies and/or outstanding issues have been resolved in a timely mannerReview and prepare Treasury related payments for approvalPerform analysis, make recommendations, and implement solutions to strengthen operational controlsPrepare and maintain program worksheets, key analytical reports, dashboards and making enhancements as necessaryWork with internal and external partners on process improvements and support in the development/maintenance of departmental proceduresPerform special projects and provide ad-hoc requests as required by the Cash Manager and/or TreasurerPROFICIENCIES

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance3+ year professional experience in Accounting/Finance, treasury cash management preferredSALARY

$76,000 - $94,000/annually, depending on experience and location
