GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures the boarding of all new, renewed and modified loans on loan servicing system as approved.Assists in the Preparation of packages for purchased loans.Process entries to the loan servicing system necessary to update or correct loan informationProcess draws on RLOCAssists Manager with monthly reports to internal stake holder, outside Partners and State.Submit report to Experian monthlySupports the closing department in regard to discrepancies noted in loan documents and approvalsEnsures loan payments are accurately collected and processed.Oversees the generation and submission of loan statementsWorks with accounting to manage all internal loan refinancesAids the Manager and Director in the Secondary Market Sales processObtain and organize requested loan information needed for internal audits as well as external audits performed by Lendistry’s Partners.Works directly with the Manager in the release of collateral upon loan termination and release of UCC filingsWorks directly with Asset Manager in regard to past due loan paymentsCustomarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgmentOther duties as assignedPROFICIENCIES

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Sophisticated word processing and computer database skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, operations, and regulations.Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organizational levels, ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines, including extended work hours.Exhibit a professional, business-like appearance and demeanor.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Previous Loan Servicing experience required of small business or consumer loansBachelor’s degree in related field or up to 3-5 years of equivalent experienceFinancial services work experience of 3-5 yearsDetailed oriented and strong organization skillsProficient with Microsoft officeExcellent written and oral communication skillsMust work effectively with other staff members and work well in a busy environment.SALARY

$22.00 - $29.00/Hourly, depending on experience and location.
