We are a national employer whose mission is to provide economic opportunities and progressive growth for small business owners and their underserved communities as a source of financing and financial education.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESEnsures the boarding of all new, renewed and modified loans on loan servicing system as approved.Assists in the preparation of packages for purchased loans.Processes entries to the loan servicing system necessary to update or correct loan information.Processes draws on RLOC.Assists Manager with monthly reports to internal stakeholders, outside partners, and the state.Submits report to Experian monthly.Supports the closing department in regard to discrepancies noted in loan documents and approvals.Ensures loan payments are accurately collected and processed.Oversees the generation and submission of loan statements.Works with accounting to manage all internal loan refinances.Aids the Manager and Director in the Secondary Market Sales process.Obtains and organizes requested loan information needed for internal audits as well as external audits performed by Lendistry’s partners.Works directly with the Manager in the release of collateral upon loan termination and release of UCC filings.Works directly with Asset Manager in regard to past due loan payments.Customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment.Other duties as assigned.PROFICIENCIESExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Sophisticated word processing and computer database skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, operations, and regulations.Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organizational levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines, including extended work hours.Exhibit a professional, business-like appearance and demeanor.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEPrevious loan servicing experience required for small business or consumer loans.Bachelor’s degree in a related field or up to 3-5 years of equivalent experience.Financial services work experience of 3-5 years.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Must work effectively with other staff members and work well in a busy environment.SALARY$22.00 - $29.00/hour, depending on experience and location.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
