THE JOB: Accountable and likely are a top performing Business Development Officer in deposits and Treasury Management services. Responsiblities: The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) is responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting treasury/cash management products and services to business clients and targeted prospective candidates while meeting call, deposits and revenue goals. This position plays a critical role in promoting treasury/cash management products and services, both internally and externally. Works independently and collaboratively with client success teams and lending teams to serve client needs. Works to customize client offerings with innovative treasury management solutions and enhancing the bank's relationship with the client. Develops various "referral" partners in offering services where we have established referral relationships. The TMO is also responsible for acquiring and building fee income and deposits via strategic alliance and relationship building, effective consultation and product innovation. Responsible for winning new client relationships to drive substantial new core deposits with fee revenue from treasury management solutions. Is responsible for acquiring and building fee income and deposits via strategic alliances, cold calling, prospecting, networking, and relationship building, effective consultation and solutions to help our business optimize their working capital with end-to-end treasury management and digital solutions. Responsible to drive top financial performance, client consultancy excellence to ensure the Bank meets service levels and organizational goals while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding service in line with client, internal and strategic partner expectations. Manages effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients to meet annual performance goals. Collaborate with Digital Marketing to build marketing collateral, consultation tools including PowerPoint, build and implement Bank Digital Treasury Management strategy and campaigns. Collaborate and work closely with the Lending team and other functional areas. Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully identify and convert sales opportunities. Lead, build and support sales campaigns to drive fee income and deposit revenue. Partners with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and other internal service partners to execute Treasury Management outreach campaigns. Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the business client's needs and their financial well-being. Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty. Drives business, financial and customer experience results of new and existing products and recommends modifications in product features and/or marketing to improve results. Support clients in resolving or escalating service issues. Provide best practices and guidance with treasury management, solution based offerings, deposit, and onboarding process. Collaborate with the bank's client success team and operations to ensure fulfillment, onboarding, training, and billing are client centric with a streamlined approach. Participate in community and business functions/groups to provide a positive image for the bank within the marketplace. Must be viewed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding Treasury Management. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration preferred. minimum of 3 years' direct experience in Treasury management sales and/ or deposit product management. Demonstrated success in winning new TM business deals and well-versed with the servicing and onboarding process. Experience in working in an environment where only limited standardization exists. Experience in leading, developing, training, inspiring, and motivating teams. We understand that even if you are a seasoned Treasury Management Officer you may not have all the skills listed here.
